What to do if you wish to return an item

- Firstly, please e-mail us at

- When we have replied to your email please return your order in its original condition to us (including tags)

- We will contact you when it has arrived and will inspect the return then process the refund.


Please Note

We accept returns, please ensure your item is returned within 14 days of receipt and sent back in the original packaging as received. We recommend that you return your order via a signed for service, is is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the return of the item.

Unfortunately we do NOT offer a free return service, all return postage costs (sent or received) are to be paid for by the customer.

None returnable items include - Personalised items, custom orders and sale products.

Returned items must be received back to us within 30 days.

Your returned item must be unwashed and in perfect condition, clothing must be free of perfumes and damage with all tags attached.

Items on SALE are none returnable. All returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
