FAQ'S

What are your working days? 

Our working days are Monday-Friday. Excluding weekends and bank holidays. We will endeavour to answer any messages as quickly as possible but please be aware that during the evenings and weekends that will not be in studio and we will get back to you as soon as we possibly can.

Do you offer discount codes? 

Yes, at certain times discount codes will be available, If you have a discount please enter this at the time time of checkout. They cannot be added after the order has been placed. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or offer. 

Can I add additional items after I have place my order? 

Sadly not, if you would like to add another item you will have to place an additional order.  

How do I know when my order has been dispatched? 

We will send you a quick email to let you know it’s on the way.

What delivery service will you use? 

We send our parcels via Royal Mail, Second Class. Proof of postage receipts are retained for all orders. This service is not tracked.

Where do you post to?

Currently we only post to the United Kingdom however we are looking to expand this further soon.

Can I track my order? 

Sadly our standard delivery orders are currently not trackable.

How long will it take you to produce my order? 

Please see our Delivery & Refund page for up to date production times and postage information.

What happens if my order doesn’t arrive? 

If your order does not arrive please do check with neighbours as most of our items are too large for standard letter boxes and also your local sorting office. Please contact us hello@gifty-box.com with your order number so we can look into this for you further. It takes 14 days with Royal Mail before a lost item claim can be made, we are unable to refund or replace until this time has elapsed.
